Community Outreach/Volunteer's Director

Gregory “Greg” Zielinski has served as a purchasing manager for several firms in the textile and window covering industries over the past four decades. Greg has management experience in budgeting, inventory control, sourcing, product development and negotiations. His background is in Furniture Fixture & Equipment textiles, manufacturing window treatments for healthcare, General Services Administration, military, healthcare, and hospitality. He successfully completed world-wide projects, from design to installation. His work on domestic and overseas projects has given him an excellent knowledge of packaging and logistics.

Greg has a B.A. from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He has attended many vendor-sponsored product seminars. He has completed MBA, in marketing from Dominican University (Rosary College). 

Dealing with customers and vendors has taught him to be honest, responsible, communicate effectively and be a team player. These qualities have allowed him to build long-lasting relationships. Greg believes that what he has learned in his career can help him be an asset to the Sun Lakes Mobile Food Program
